Today marks one month since Judge Richard Leon dealt a loss to the Department of Justice’s antitrust division, which sought to block AT&T’s purchase of Time Warner. With 30 days gone, the government has 30 more to decide whether it will appeal. Rumour has it that assistant attorney general Makan Delrahim wants to, but solicitor general Noel Francisco doesn't (check out cases below).
