Whish to Lords: post-Brexit UK would be “foolish” to ignore EU case law

The UK’s Competition and Markets Authority and courts should not ignore EU competition case law even after the country leaves the union, a leading expert said in a House of Lords hearing yesterday, but added that the rules for “having regard for” those judgments should not be onerous.
