Went up the Hill: The Tipline for 1 November 2017
We have a day off from the Impax case at the Federal Trade Commission’s administrative tribunal, which we are spending at the House of Representatives – but still with the FTC. Acting chairman Maureen Ohlhausen and commissioner Terrell McSweeny are testifying before the House antitrust subcommittee this morning about the role of antitrust in net neutrality. The FTC sent a three-page statement to represent its views as an agency, leaving the rest of the time for Ohlhausen and McSweeny to express any differences they may have.
