Yesterday, millions of Americans tuned into the National Football League’s first virtual draft, watching as young athletes transitioned from “amateurs” into “professionals”. Many of us watching decided to focus not on these athletes achieving a lifelong dream through countless hours of practice, but on the make-up of their living rooms and of their coaches’. Today, a slightly smaller audience will tune in to judge the bookshelves, wall artwork and hopefully pets of the heads of the Federal Trade Commission and Department of Justice’s antitrust division during a live streaming of the American Bar Association’s spring meeting.
