Uber ordinance must face antitrust claims, says Ninth Circuit
The US Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit has reversed a lower court and held that a Seattle ordinance allowing for-hire drivers to bargain collectively is not covered by state action immunity to antitrust challenge.
