We are in Pennsylvania federal district court today for summary judgment oral arguments in the Federal Trade Commission's ongoing legal battle with Abbvie. The loser is likely to ask the US Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit to step in. The federal appellate court has had a full plate of antitrust pharmaceutical cases for the past several years; yesterday, it decided to keep it that way.
