The good stuff: The Tipline for 28 March 2018

Dish executive Warren Schlichting testified yesterday in the AT&T/Time Warner trial that he started to read the transcript of opening arguments and the testimony of a prior witness, but was stopped as he arrived at the “good stuff”. The court was still reeling from the fact that Dish’s attorneys provided Schlichting with the transcripts from last Thursday’s court proceedings, when both AT&T and the Department of Justice made their opening arguments and the government’s first witness testified.
