Three Who's Who nominees lead the way for McMillan LLP. Group leaders J William Rowley QC and A Neil Campbell, along with the highly regarded D Martin Low QC, headline an 18-member team that has been one of the busiest in Canada over the past year.
McMillan has advised on a plethora of merger control and behavioural investigations before the bureau, and, as with many top-tier Canadian firms, has expanded its portfolio of private litigation cases, advising clients across several industries. Air France and its partner KLM have called on McMillan for counsel during the air cargo cartel probe and related litigation; Micron sought the team's advice during the proposed DRAM class action litigation; and BASF looked to McMillan for its defence against a bulk vitamins cartel class action.
McMillan has also become a leader for antitrust counselling in the automotive industry. Its client list includes Honda, Mercedes-Benz, Mitsubishi and Chrysler, which the firm advises in a variety of matters.
