In 2008, Jaroslaw Sroczynski teamed up with Professor Ryszard Markiewicz from Jagiellonian University in Krakow to establish Markiewicz & Sroczynski, a boutique focusing on competition, intellectual property, privacy and other regulatory issues.
Sroczynski spent some time at DG Comp before joining Soltysinski Kawecki & Szlezak. He was also a regional director of Poland's competition authority.
Who's Who nominee Sroczynski is supported by one counsel and one associate. He hopes to corner a gap in the Polish market for the interface between intellectual property and competition law, as well as addressing regulatory issues.
