José Del Chiaro Ferreira da Rosa is a former head of the SDE, and a founder member of Ibrac, Brazil's main competition-focused group to which most of Brazil's competition lawyers belong. The firm is also advising Femsa and Spal on the Brazilian notification of their joint bid with Coca-Cola for the Mexican beverage company Jugos Del Valle.
