PRIETO continues to be led by well-respected partner Benjamín Grebe. Though the lone competition partner at the firm, Grebe’s two associates include Manfred Zink, former legal anti-monopolisation coordinator for the National Economic Prosecutor.
The firm remains active in both deal work and litigation before the competition tribunal. It advised local food company Watts in its acquisition of Danone Chile. Among its representations in several investigations is for NYK Line, in a case filed by the competition authority against the global roll-on roll-off cartel.
