Geneva-based partner Christophe Rapin heads the competition practice at Meyerlustenberger Lachenal and also chairs the Swiss association for competition law. He works in Zurich with Martin Ammann, a partner with 24 years of Swiss and EU competition law experience. This year the team represented SAS Cargo Group in ComCo’s investigation into the alleged fixing of air freight service surcharges, with a landmark decision expected on appeal at the federal administrative court. The firm is also advising Felco, Vilegrequin and Vitra on competition issues relating to distribution networks and schemes.
