Switzerland

Geneva-based partner and Who’s Who Legal nominee Christophe Rapin heads Meyerlustenberger Lachenal’s competition practice, as well as chairing the Swiss association for competition law. He works in Zurich with Martin Ammann, a partner with 24 years of Swiss and EU competition law experience. Rapin is also qualified in Brussels, where the firm has an office that eases cross-border representations such as that of a carrier in the air cargo investigation. Other cartel matters include assisting L’Oréal and Yves Saint Laurent in a cartel case that initially proposed to fine the companies €28 million, but that the firm reduced to zero.
