Axinn Veltrop & Harkrider LLP is an antitrust deal boutique, started in 1997 by ex-Skadden lawyers including firm senior partner Stephen M Axinn. He and antitrust practice co-chair John D Harkrider are both in Who’s Who, with Axinn in particular fielding a stellar reputation.
