Mergers: We are involved in practically all mergers lodged in Singapore directly or indirectly. We are involved in numerous other mergers which may not be notified. Cartels & Investigations: We have successfully defended parties in investigations, avoiding steep penalties, occasionally negotiating settlements in manners to avoid disrupt business and closing yet others off. Market Studies & Drafting Legislation: We are involved in market studies undertaken by the regulators, including in some of the more cutting-edge ones. We also assist with drafting new or amendments competition regulations in several of the countries.
