Amilcar Peredo chairs the antitrust practice at BASHAM RINGE Y CORREA SC, which includes fellow partner Rodolfo Barreda, one counsel, Fernanda Garza, one Senior Associate, Leon Jiménez and three more lawyers.

Peredo led the team that advised Tiffany acquisition by LVMH.  The firm also represented  Sanderson Farms its acquisition by Cargill and Continental. In other matters, Basham Ringe successfully acted for Panasonic in reducing a €2.1 million fine imposed by COFECE for gun jumping by nearly 90% in April 2019. The competition team is also representing Volkswagen AG in various antitrust matters.
