The team is acting for Intel in an ongoing probe into alleged abuse of dominance related to access to the company’s designs. The firm represented Panasonic in the Competition Commission’s information exchange probe of flashlight makers, successfully arguing that pure information exchange without implementation of prices is not an anticompetitive arrangement. The team is counsel to JCB as the company faces abuse of dominance allegations. In merger control, the firm acted for global chemical producer Indorama Ventures in buying a stake in Indorama Synthetics India, as well as Lotus One Investment in its proposed acquisition of container glass supplier Hindusthan National Glass & Industries.
