Partners Suhail Nathani and Ravisekhar Nair co-head the competition group at Economic Laws Practice out of Mumbai and New Delhi respectively. The firm is also advising Ericsson in a dispute over the fair, reasonable and non-discriminatory licensing of standard essential patents before the CCI, in a case that raises jurisdictional issues that are pending adjudication before the Delhi High Court. The team also advises Novartis, APM Terminals, Maersk Line, Dell, NECC and Anheuser-Busch InBev.
