Following the Senate hearing with all five members of the Federal Trade Commission last week, FTC chairman Joseph Simons is back on Capitol Hill tomorrow, this time in front of the House of Representatives’ judiciary committee alongside the Department of Justice’s antitrust division boss Makan Delrahim. On Wednesday, the Senate judiciary committee is taking a comparative look at how the US and EU approach abuse of dominance, but it is giving the agencies a break and instead calling in experts from academia.
