Slovenian court infringed human rights law in competition case, ECtHR rules
The European Court of Human Rights has found that the Supreme Court of Slovenia infringed a commercial broadcaster’s right to a fair trial when it refused to hear the company’s appeal against a fine by the country’s competition authority for allegedly obstructing a dawn raid.
