Simons: FTC can help DOJ on pharmacy/insurer tie-ups

The Federal Trade Commission would be willing to lend its expertise in the pharmacy benefit manager sector if the Department of Justice’s antitrust division sought its help on merger reviews, the commission’s new chair has said.
