Rethink fine on exclusivity, court orders Lithuanian enforcer

A Lithuanian court has ordered the country’s competition agency to reassess its decision to fine an energy supplier and a biofuel supplier €22.5 million for an exclusivity agreement, because the enforcer failed to properly analyse offered commitments and erred in defining the relevant geographic market.
