Swedish court overturns abuse finding against Telia

An appeal court in Sweden has ruled that a telecommunications operator is no longer liable to pay €8.7 million in damages to a competitor, stating that Telia did not abuse its dominance in the broadband market - despite a contrary finding by Sweden's competition authority.
