Amazon and Flipkart lose appeal against CCI probe

The Karnataka High Court has dealt another blow to Amazon and Walmart-owned Flipkart by dismissing their appeals against an earlier ruling that allowed India’s competition authority to resume an investigation into their alleged anticompetitive conduct.
