France’s top court has upheld a ruling ordering Orange to pay damages for abusing its dominance in several French territories but the judgment remitted the case back to a lower court to recalculate interest payments.

A French appellate court has thrown out Orange’s appeal against a follow-on claim by rival telecommunications provider Digicel, but reduced the amount of damages it must pay by nearly €100 million.
