Prima facie innocent: The Asia-Pacific Tipline for 15 May 2020
The Competition Commission of India issued a flurry of decisions in the past week or so – all of them dismissed allegations of anticompetitive conduct. Elsewhere in the Asia-Pacific region, there was a mix of authorities humming along as usual and others completely at a standstill due to the covid-19 pandemic. We do have one story of a merger collapse in the Philippines as the authority failed to review a deal by the companies’ deadline.
