Philadelphia sues seven banks for collusion
The city of Philadelphia has accused seven major banks of colluding to manipulate rates for a type of tax-exempt bond widely used by public entities such as municipalities, schools and hospitals, allegedly resulting in billions of dollars in inflated interest rates.
