Otto Bock begins, Tronox goes federal: The Tipline for 11 July 2018
As the Federal Trade Commission’s quest to unscramble Ottobock’s consummated acquisition of Freedom Innovations began yesterday in its administrative tribunal, the commission sued in Washington, DC, federal court for a preliminary injunction against Tronox’s acquisition of Cristal’s titanium dioxide business. If that sounds familiar, it may be because the agency already has a decision pending on Tronox/Cristal from the same administrative law judge hearing Ottobock/Freedom.
