As an integral part of our global competition group, Linklaters’ competition team in China combines a sophisticated, international approach with local presence and expertise to deliver pragmatic, business-oriented advice to clients. We mainly advise on merger control and enforcement in China and other competition jurisdictions in the region. Our China antitrust team is led by partner Fay Zhou and counsel Yuan Cheng, senior competition lawyers in Beijing with expertise on the developing Anti-Monopoly Law and related competition laws. The team also includes Clara Ingen-Housz, a partner in our pan-Asian antitrust practice based in Hong Kong. With her extensive experience in the US, Europe and Asia (including China), she supports clients throughout the broader region.
