Ninth Circuit sends back caddy antitrust claim
A federal appeals court has affirmed the dismissal of a suit by 168 golf caddies who said they were illegally required to wear advertising without compensation, but said the lower court abused its discretion by not explaining why the antitrust claims could not be re-pleaded.
