A judge at the US Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit tasked with deciding what legal fees should be awarded to plaintiffs’ lawyers in the O'Bannon v NCAA litigation has said that an antitrust decision against the National Collegiate Athletic Association was “pretty significant”.
