Merger blocked, Tronox vows to appeal

Tronox intends to appeal the grant of a preliminary injunction blocking the titanium dioxide producer from acquiring rival Cristal but faces a court “relatively hospitable” to the government, a lawyer with experience in merger appeals has said.
