Korea fines reinsurance company for abuse of dominance

Korea’s antitrust watchdog has decided to fine the Korean Reinsurance Company 7.6 billion won (€5.93 million) for blocking the entry of new competitors and abusing its dominance in the market for domestic general aviation reinsurance since 1999.
