Judge rejects Comcast’s attempt to get Viamedia documents
A federal court has denied Comcast's motion to compel Viamedia to produce certain documents related to the company’s antitrust case against Comcast, agreeing with Viamedia that the documents in question did not lose their privilege from disclosure to litigation financiers or the Department of Justice.
