Judge finds AbbVie pursued objectively baseless litigation

A federal judge has agreed with the Federal Trade Commission that AbbVie and Besins Healthcare pursued "objectively baseless" litigation when they sued rival drugmakers in an apparent attempt to delay the Federal Drug Administration's approval of generic versions to AndroGel.
