Judge dismisses HSBC and RBS parents from Forex case

The US District Court for the Southern District of New York lacks personal jurisdiction over the parent companies to HSBC and The Royal Bank of Scotland in a damages claim alleging that banks conspired to fix foreign exchange rates, a judge in the court has held.
