Legal developments In Switzerland, competition law is governed by the Federal Law of 6 October 1995 on Cartels and Other Restraints of Competition (the Cartel Act). The regulatory framework is complemented by numerous federal ordinances and general notices, as well as communications of the Competition Commission (COMCO, formerly the Federal Department of Economic Affairs).
