Estonia: Competition Authority

14 July 2015

The Estonian Competition Authority (ECA) has been an integrated authority since 2008, encompassing the functions of a competition authority and sector regulators. In 2014, there was a major change in organisational structure when the Communications Regulatory Division was transferred to the Technical Regulatory Authority. The ECA currently has two divisions: the Competition Division and the Energy and Water Regulatory Division.
