Croatia: Competition Agency

The Croatian Competition Agency (CCA) is a competent body for the implementation of competition legislation. It is established as an independent legal entity with public authority that autonomously performs activities within its powers regulated by the Competition Act. Since the entry of Croatia into the EU on 1 July 2013, the CCA is also responsible for the direct application of articles 101 and 102 of the Treaty on Functioning of the EU (TFEU).
