The European Antitrust Review 2014

France: Joint Ventures

08 August 2013

Under both European and French law, the competitive assessment of joint ventures is at a crossroads between merger control and antitrust law. A general analysis of French merger control and restrictive agreements regimes can be found in the relevant chapter of this book.
