Introduction For Australian competition law, 2018 is likely to be a significant year. It will be the first full year where the amendments to the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (CCA) that came into effect on 6 November 2017 will be considered. Key amendments include the introduction of a new prohibition on concerted practices and a lessening of competition test for the prohibition on misuse of market power.
