2013 marked the beginning of President Park’s term and many far-reaching amendments to South Korean competition laws that advanced President Park’s policy agenda. President Park’s economic policy priorities rested on two main pillars: ‘economi c democratisation’ and ‘building a foundation for a creative economy’.
