Antitrust in the age of collaborative commerce

Enormous attention has been paid recently to the antitrust implications of collaborations among competitors in the internet age - better known as business-to-business (B2B) exchanges. Donald G Kempf, Jr* reviews some of the shifts in commerce occurring as a result of the internet, particularly in the arena of collaborative commerce, and the antitrust issues these collaborations may raise
