Infineon evidence should be reconsidered, ECJ advocate general says

European Court of Justice advocate general Melchior Wathelet has advised the EU’s top court to set aside a General Court decision upholding Infineon Technologies’ €82.8 million smart card chip cartel fine and send the case back to the lower court to consider further evidence.
