Indictment of foreign Forex traders stands
The US Department of Justice can move forward with its prosecution of three UK traders accused of manipulating foreign exchange markets, since its allegations constitute a per se horizontal restraint of trade and sufficiently show a nexus to the US, a federal judge in New York has ruled.
