General Court confirms liability in food-packaging cartel

Food-packaging manufacturer Coveris Rigid France has lost its appeal against a €4.7 million cartel fine, after it failed to convince the EU’s General Court that liability for its infringement should be passed on to a company that bought part of its business and was allegedly responsible for the conspiracy.
