Alvaro Bedoya (class of ’07) is just a Senate confirmation away from joining fellow Bulldogs Lina Khan (class of ’17) and Rebecca Kelly Slaughter (class of ’08) at the FTC. Also in Tipline, the National Association of Realtors seeks to quash a Department of Justice probe and the nation’s capital amends its antitrust complaint against Amazon.
