Apple has a lot of antitrust problems, but a class-action lawsuit brought by small app developers may no longer be one of them. Under the terms of a settlement revealed on Thursday evening, the iPhone manufacturer has agreed to scrap its anti-steering policy so developers can inform customers about alternative payment methods. Also in Tipline, the Federal Trade Commission is not impressed by tactics to avoid Hart-Scott-Rodino.
