There’s a bill for that: The Tipline for 12 August 2021

The US Senate has released legislation that would prohibit Apple and Google from requiring application developers to use their own in-app payment systems, implementing most favoured nation clauses, preferencing their own software and using third-party data to inform their own product choices. If your app store has less than 50 million US users, don’t sweat it. This Federal-Trade-Commission-enforced bill would not apply to you.
