The comment section: The Tipline for 21 April 2022

Today is the last day to submit comments to the Department of Justice and Federal Trade Commission on potential new merger guidelines. A shoutout is necessary to the agencies’ respective policy shops as they dig through the 407 opinions they have already received. We assume that, just like every comment section on the internet, all of the responses will be carefully considered and based on thoughtful analysis.
